Olivia Castro
Olivia is a Senior Design Coordinator at Khansaheb. She led the technical engineering team in their adoption of digital design and coordination processes. She shared her deep knowledge of BIM and VDC platforms and prepared workflows for their application to streamline pre-construction capabilities. Olivia led the Construction Division’s BIM implementation. This involved a significant departure from Khansaheb’s typical engineering and project administration processes. She ensured that the team’s transition through the change went smoothly and efficiently. Under her leadership, the engineering team swiftly and successfully transitioned from CAD-based workflows to becoming BIM-capable in their delivery of flagship projects.
