Severin Tenim
Severin is Strategic Project Manager at Alec Engineering and Contracting. He has contributed to Alec’s construction technology focus and digital transformation journey over the past few years. Having come from a project delivery background, his energy to improve and optimise the way things are done has translated into his approach to problems and the way he harnesses technology and teamwork as mechanisms to solve them. Severin formed part of the company’s innovation adoption team, and is a key member of Alec’s digital and ERP steering committee. Severin actively engaged with internal and external stakeholders as well as a large pool of suppliers, universities, technology companies and startups.
