Ramboll Middle East has embarked on a journey over the past 18 months to transform how it delivers projects in the Digital sphere. Senior management has put digital transformation ‘front and centre’ as a key priority to enhance project delivery and bring increased value and satisfaction to clients, whilst also harnessing many efficiency gains.
Our business objectives are to streamline project delivery and enable an environment where we co-create with clients by using cutting edge technology and collaborative digital processes. These aims are being met and clients are engaging in new cloud-based collaborative workflows.
The Ramboll team also realised that digital transformation was even more critical during the recent Covid-19 pandemic, when staff went from office-based work to working from home during the lockdown. We leveraged our digital transformation plan to seamlessly move large project teams using huge, complex 3D models to virtualised cloud-based servers almost overnight. The Ramboll team now has the convenience of having project data available at their fingertips 24/7 anywhere in the world.
