The company’s BIM journey started in 2011, but accelerated in 2018 with the launch of K&A’s digital transformation programme. This set in motion the creation of a dedicated BIM implementation team which has driven the adoption of consistent, internationally recognised standards for BIM across all parts of the organisation.
