El Seif Engineering Contracting Company (ESEC) started in 1975 with a vision to become a leader in the engineering and construction industry, under the umbrella of the El Seif Group that was founded in 1951.
Since then, ESEC has delivered largescale engineering and construction projects within an accurate budget, timeline, and to the highest standards and quality. With a solid track record and experience, ESEC has successfully completed hundreds of projects, several of which are well-known landmarks in Saudi Arabia and abroad. with the use of modern technology and tireless efforts of our individuals.
ESEC has achieved the British Standards Institute (BSI) kitemark for BIM against ISO 19650:2018. The ISO 19650 standard is an international standard for managing information over a built asset’s whole lifecycle, using BIM. During the audit, ESEC was well prepared with robust and agile plans. The adoption and certification to best practice standards demonstrates ESEC’s commitment towards resilience and ensures competency to deliver BIM projects effectively as the first Saudi company to achieve ISO 19650.
