The Cherrywoods development is part of the Al Qudra Estates in Dubai, belonging to Meraas. The project site is located close to the Mira Oasis and Town Square communities and Al Qudra Road in Dubai. Cherrywoods is envisaged as a high-end townhouse community featuring meandering open spaces, connectivity and lifestyle amenities to promote healthy living for residents. It has an overall area of 488,231 m2 and can cater to a population of 4,660 people, across 932 townhouse units. The project’s contemporary townhouses feature modern interiors and high-quality finishing. Parsons provided consultancy services for the concept and final master plan, infrastructure design, landscape design, traffic impact study, authorities’ approvals, environmental impact assessment (by third party) and construction supervision in the development.
