The Act1 Act2 project consists of two towers rising in Dubai’s bustling downtown, high-end commercial residential buildings. The residential towers, located in The Opera District and within walking distance to the Dubai Opera, host a range of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom premium apartments. Their design was inspired by the iconic Dubai Fountain and, apart from providing a dynamic facade, stand at the gateway to the world’s tallest tower, Burj Khalifa. This development comprises two buildings with 770 apartments and 16 retail units. It adds a significant amount of new floor area to the Opera District, comprising: Act One: Four basement levels + Ground Level (GL) + 52 Upper Floors; Act Two: Four basement levels + GL + 46 Upper Floors; Non-Tower: Four basement levels + GL.
