The project consists of two towers, Towers A2 and A3, to form a matching pair that comprise 61 and 51 storeys of serviced apartments. The project is located in the heart of the Downtown Dubai area, between Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Opera buildings. The apartments are a mix of one, two, and three bedrooms, all with balconies and terraces. The upper floors include a prestigious collection of four- and five-bedroom sky (penthouse) units. This complex is served by five levels of underground parking for about 1,000 vehicles. The total development is approximately 130.000 m2 of gross floor area, and includes a podium floor of residential amenities, food and beverage outlets, retail and a grand entrance lobby for the two residential towers. Exclusive amenities, such as swimming pools, communal areas and a gym are located on the terrace level, above the retail podium. There is an unobstructed view of the Burj Khalifa, Island Park and the Burj Lake. Plot A1a Works comprises the extension of the basement car park from Plots A2/A3.
