Spacemaker executed the build of the single-storey head offices for Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects, a major aviation company located in the UAE, covering 12,000sqm. Forward-thinking engineers were able to provide a cost-effective, tailor-made modular design in accordance with the stringent, high-quality requirements of the client, while reducing completion time compared to a traditional build. In order to meet the client’s schedule, Spacemaker operated 24/7, both in the factory and onsite. Liaising with the client on conceptual imaging, prelim and primary design, including shop drawings for manufacturing and execution methodology, the project grew by 66% from the initial concept to final sign-off and included high-end finishes plus moss feature walls to ‘bring the outside inside’ and create a calm and relaxed working environment for their personnel.
