Act1 Act2 project consists of two towers, located in Dubai’s bustling Downtown area, designed with one, two, three and four-bedroom premium apartments. The development has a total built up area of 171,016 square meters for 770 apartments and 16 retail units. Act1 has four basements + GL + 52 upper floors. Act2 has four basements + GL + 46 upper floors. They have a common basement and ground floor.
The countless challenges of the project are rooted in the size of the development, tight logistical area within a prime location coupled with a tight project duration and significant volume of BIM LOD 500 requirements.
With the aim to transform work execution into digital implementation, the project deserves to be considered as digital project. It includes a virtual model linked to actual project execution via BIM implementation, Virtual Reality for Safety Management, Face Recognition and Labor Real-name Entrance Guard System for labour management, Hoist Facial Recognition Technology, Quick Response (QR) code for site control, BIM cloud-based solutions and Offsite construction (i.e. toilet pods).
