Organisation: Saudi Entertainment Ventures

Arsen has more than 18 years of industry experience in the region. He recently entered a new challenging environment of applying his skills and experience from previous projects to over 11 entertainment mega projects, where he brings about a strategy that is aligned to core business values and is derived from the organisation’s information needs.

Technology platform procurement was immediately initiated to facilitate the ownership and management of BIM, digital delivery and other technical data of the entertainment complexes. Onboarding of unique skills such as data scientists and gamification experts was initiated to support cross-functional data management, design visualisation and better decision-making for Saudi Entertainment Ventures’ development, delivery and attractions teams.
