Reine El Hokayem is an architect with extensive experience in design management, contract and claims management, and planning and cost control. By using her acquired knowledge, she is translating and transforming the traditional procedures into a digital and dynamic workflow within Nesma & Partners, in order to accommodate the rising era of digital transformation.
Reine has helped implement guidelines and whitepapers, checklists, review processes, and clash detection requirements, covering all BIM aspects, and standardising the first dimension of the BIM process: 3D Modelling. By defining the best practices in this dimension, teams were able to create a solid base for models in order to proceed to the other dimensions: 4D, 5D and 6D.
Her contribution on this implementation enhanced the communication and collaboration between the different teams in Nesma & Partners, as well as creating transparent and seamless communication with external stakeholders.
