Offsite Project of the Year focuses on how offsite construction methods (design, manufacturing and assembly) have been planned and implemented on a specific construction project. Entries highlighted the main aims of using offsite methods over traditional construction methods and demonstrated results against those aims. This included explaining tangible benefits to the project, such as time, efficiency, quality, cost, creating less waste or greenhouse gas emissions, etc., along with any supporting evidence.
Construction Technology Awards ceremony
The winner for each of the nine categories will be announced on Wednesday 2 June, on the second day of the Construction Technology Festival, taking place in Dubai. Find out more here.
