An enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation should be approached as a business transformation, not an IT project.

ERP implementations done badly will be costly white elephants. Done well, they can reduce the cost of an overall digital transformation, provide fresh business and data insights and work well with other next-generation technologies, such as artificial intelligence.

This presentation looked at use of ERP software from different business disciplines and highlight how a successful implementation can help a company become a truly digitally transformed business.

Presented by:

  • Wael Afify, Cost Control Director, Saudi Binladen Group
