Understanding the Esco model

How well is the Esco (energy services company) business model understood by asset owners, operators, property managers and facility managers?

How do they see the sector – is there a culture of energy management? Is there appetite, given lower tariffs vs. a long pay-back period? Is there trust for these companies to come in and start retrofitting equipment and do they have confidence in the data produced? What tech they have tried/would like to try and what barriers they are facing?

Speakers:

  • Elie Matar, Head of Electricity, RSB Dubai
  • Henrique Pereira, CEO, Taka Solutions
  • Rachid Hamida, Vice President – Energy & Technology, Enova
  • Suhaib Abdulla Almarzooqi, Head of Business Development, Abu Dhabi Energy Services
