Samar Salih, General Manager, FMPro Technology Solutions looks at how wearables and Internet of Things sensors are being used in property services, and the benefits these bring to operations.
The company is using around 219 types of fixed and wearable sensors, providing information on areas such as performance management, customer services, asset management, and so on.
Since their introduction, Salih said there had been significant improvements across different contracts. She cited savings in costs, and improved productivity, efficiency and visibility as the major benefits.
